Security audit and fix for apps built with Lovable, Bolt or Cursor

By Su, offensive security engineer (OSCP, CISSP) · Updated

An AI-built app is ready to launch when one customer cannot see another customer's data, nobody can get a paid plan for free, and signup, login and password reset work on your real domain. GoodToLaunch checks exactly those things on apps built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Claude Code or v0 on Supabase and Stripe, fixes what it finds in one pull request, and proves each fix. Fixed price from $149, with a 48-hour Launch Pass at $499 (founding price $399 for the first five customers).

What usually breaks at launch

Should I just use my tool's built-in scanner?

Yes, run it. Lovable, for example, scans for missing RLS before publish and says so in its secure vibe coding guide. A scanner tells you something might be wrong. It does not write the fix on your repo or show that the fix works. Use the scanner for the first pass, and a person for the fix and the proof when real users and real money are involved.

How a pass works

  1. Check in. Email your app URL, stack and launch date. Sign a one-page engagement letter and a testing authorization, then share a staging copy and test accounts.
  2. Fix. We fix the launch blockers in one pull request, with tests.
  3. Prove. We rerun every check: two-account isolation tests, Stripe replays, a fresh signup on your real domain.
  4. Depart. You get a plain-language proof report. Test data is deleted within 14 days.

Who is it for?

Solo and two-person founders who built with AI tools and are about to take signups or payments. If you have two or more of these, it was made for you: you used an AI builder, users log in and have their own data, you charge or will soon charge through Stripe, you launch soon or just did. Apps on Firebase or a custom backend, and projects with no users or payments, are not a fit yet.

Questions

Is an AI-built app safe to launch?

It can be, but the common problems are the ones AI tools do not test: data isolation between users, payment webhook handling, and production auth settings. Checking those before launch, from two test accounts and in Stripe test mode, catches most launch-day failures.

How much does a security audit for a Lovable or Bolt app cost?

GoodToLaunch is fixed price: $149 for a Grants Fix, $499 for a Launch Pass (founding price $399 for the first five customers), and $1,200 for Launch Pass Pro. If no reproducible issue is found, the refund is full.

Is this a guarantee that my app cannot be breached?

No. It is a tested scope as of a date: the specific checks listed, proven on your app at the time of the pass.
